Hello, I'm Chantel, founder of Five Sparrows Wellbeing.
I know reaching out for counselling isn't always easy. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, chronic illness or simply feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood and supported.
I believe every person's story matters. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, I take the time to understand your experiences, strengths and goals so we can work together towards meaningful and lasting change.
Why I Became a Counsellor
I became a counsellor because I believe no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they rediscover hope, build resilience and take confident steps towards a healthier future.

Advanced Diploma of Counselling
Registered Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Counsellor
More than 10 years supporting young people, individuals and families
Three years in private counselling practice
Australia-wide counselling via secure phone and video sessions

Drawing on professional expertise and lived experience, Chantel works collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Her approach is guided by Five Sparrows Wellbeing's values of compassion, courage, and care.
Chantel supports children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, relationship challenges, parenting and blended family concerns, life transitions, confidence, and cross-cultural experiences.
