Online Counselling That Fits Your Lifestyle
All counselling sessions are offered via secure phone or video appointments, making it easier to access support wherever you are in Australia.
Telehealth is ideal for busy professionals, shift workers, parents, carers, people living with chronic illness, those who travel frequently, or anyone who values the convenience and privacy of receiving support from home.
Phone Counselling
We'll call you at your scheduled appointment time, allowing you to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Video Counselling
Connect securely using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, or another agreed platform. You'll receive your meeting link before your appointment with everything you need to join your session.

Our Sessions are currently run via:
Phone - You will receive a call from your therapist at the time of the session
Video Conference - You will receive a link via email with the platform and meeting details to join at the time of your session.
Platforms currently include Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, but please feel free to request another platform and the therapist will see if they can accommodate this.
