We run our sessions in a format that best suits you. We understand that life changes, especially when facing barriers, so we are flexible in our session formats, tools, and the mode of delivery to ensure you receive the best support and excellent service. You may choose to have your sessions via telehealth or in person. Please feel free to discuss these options with us at any point.
