We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand that things in life can change quickly or pop up. If you are unable to attend a session, please contact us to cancel or reschedule your session. We have a limited number of available places, so letting us know in advance could enable someone else to get the help they need.

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before an appointment will receive a full refund (if not rescheduled).

For sessions cancelled within 24 hours before an appointment or no-show appointments, a fee will be payable.
